Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance:

Baptist M&S Imaging patient reports and images are available to registered Tenet Physician Portal providers and their staff members. A Tenet Physician Portal username and password is required for access.

Providers without a Tenet Physician Portal account must first complete form below:

1. Tenet Physician Portal Request Form

Only a provider can initiate a Tenet Physician Portal account. When a Tenet Physician Portal account is obtained access can then be extended to office staff members.

2. TPP accounts are set to expire every 90 days and must be maintained by the provider and designated office manager on https://etenet.com to avoid any access interruptions.
